1990. A woman goes missing in XXXXXX, Florida.  Her disappearance is never solved.

1995. Moira "Mo" Howards, who originally worked on the case, returns to the now nameless and twisted town in an attempt to finally put the case- and the restless spirit of the woman who disappeared- to rest.
